Join Marissa Rignola, Shamanic Healer, and Danielle DeLongis, 500 hour Yoga Teacher, for an evening of opening, balancing, and healing your heart chakra.

This workshop will consist of a cacao ceremony, heart opening yoga postures, vibration (sound) therapy and a guided meditation.

Cacao has been used ceremonially for as long as time has been recorded. The scientific genus name for cacao is theobroma, which translates to “Food of the Gods,” and the Mayans believed that cacao was a key ingredient in restoring balance and connection to the divine.

Join us for a community experience where we will use cacao, movement and sound to tap into love, compassion, and awareness.

The hips are the center of the body- we walk, sit, move because of the hips & sometimes they need some TLC.

In this workshop you will learn how to recognize hip tightness, how to fix it & how to prevent it. We will go over the anatomy of the hips, learn how to strengthen surrounding muscles, reduce injury risk, improve posture and balance & increase range of motion. We will stretch to lengthen and release tension and end class with some juicy hip opening restorative poses.
