At the Ms. Foundation, they work to bring attention to the real challenges facing women, especially women of color and low-income women who are living in poverty, working paycheck to paycheck or both. They advocate for national and statewide policy change that will address these challenges, and support more than 100 organizations throughout the country that are working for change on a grassroots level.
Are you a person who likes to intellectualize your feelings instead of feel them?
If you feel called out, this workshop is for you.
Bringing awareness and intellectually understanding where your feelings come from is valuable, but you won't be able to free yourself from those feelings until you actually feel them.
This workshop acts as a safe, sacred space to explore time spent within and gives you a chance to try on a different kind of wellness practice.
Join Marissa Rignola and Danielle DeLongis in this workshop blending yoga movement, shamanic healing, journaling, and sound healing.
Because the soul is free to leave the body it will do so when dreaming. Or it will leave the body to protect itself from damaging situations either emotional or physical. A shamanic soul retrieval locates these fractioned off pieces of your soul so you can reunite with them. This is done through a guided meditation journey that allows you to reunite and integrate these pieces to create wholeness of being.
We’ll begin with a cleansing and detoxifying twisty yoga practice preparing the body for our meditation journey. After the soul retrieval we will spend some time in reflection and then transition to a juicy savasana with a healing sound bath.
