Course Descriptions

VANA yoga

A Vana Yoga class will include techniques from various yoga styles.  With attention to alignment and breath work prepare to leave class feeling grounded and invigorated.  Every Vana Yoga class is open to all levels.  

Divination flow

This is an asana class designed for all levels. We are working through the cards of the Tarot. Each week learn about a new Tarot card, and how you can recognize these universal patterns in your life, past, present and future.
We will use our intentions to transform ourselves, and the energy around us, by both reflecting upon and embodying the theme of the day.

Barre

Tucks, pulses and pliés are some of the many signature moves you’ll do in this Barre class.

Good Night Gong

We begin class heating up the muscles, focusing on flexibility and circulation.  During gong meditation, postures are held for several minutes, concentrating on deep tissue stretching and release.   The gong's resonant frequencies promote deep relaxation and emotional release.  

Full Body Strength & Flow

This class is designed to challenge your body and balance your mind. We'll begin with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your muscles, then move into energizing HIIT intervals using body weight, dumbbells and resistance bands. You'll then transition into a powerful yoga flow to enhance mobility, flexibility & breath awareness. The experience closes with a mindful cool down, leaving you strong, centered and renewed.

STRONG FLOW

A yoga flow designed to challenge you & get you ready for the week. This practice often cultivates heat, while building strength & flexibility. It can also open the hips and the shoulders as well as strengthen the core. You’ll leave feeling calm but energized.

Element flow

The five elements are the building blocks of everything in nature. This is an alignment based all levels flow weaving in thoughts about the five elements and their related energies.
Expect to learn to feel more connected to the universe surrounding you and th
e universe that lies inside of you.

slow flow

Slow and Steady. Slowly move through stretches and gentle flows as you connect body and breath. This class aims to calm the mind and soothe the nervous system. Leave feeling aligned, open & relaxed.

Mat Pilates

Unroll your mat and discover a workout that strengthens from the inside out. Our Mat Pilates class blends precise movements, controlled breathing, and mindful flow to tone your core, improve posture, and build long, lean muscle. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a supportive space to connect with your body and move with intention.

Ashtanga Flow

Ashtanga flow connects movement with breath in a dynamic series of postures done with calm focused attention for strength, flexibility and a quiet mind. Be prepared to sweat as you move through this meditation in motion, engaging core muscles and working with a balanced steady breath.
